Demarcus Sullivan is the Founder and CEO of Senior Wireless, an organization dedicated to empowering seniors through technology education, digital safety, and meaningful connection. A proud South Carolina native, Demarcus brings both professional expertise and personal passion to helping older adults confidently navigate today’s digital world.
With a strong background in mobile technology and customer support, Demarcus recognized a growing gap between rapidly advancing technology and the seniors expected to use it. Many older adults own smartphones but feel overwhelmed by constant updates, confusing features, and increasing risks from scams and online fraud. Seeing this challenge firsthand inspired him to create Senior Wireless.
Demarcus founded Senior Wireless with a clear mission: reduce technology frustration, increase independence, and improve safety for seniors through patient, hands-on education. His approach focuses not just on solving technical problems, but on building confidence and trust so seniors can stay connected to their families, healthcare providers, and communities.
Under his leadership, Senior Wireless partners with senior living communities, families, and organizations to provide personalized technology support, scam prevention education, and practical digital skills training tailored specifically for older adults.
